A citation is any mention of your business out on the web, with or without a link.
Luckily, writing the in-text citation for a website or webpage is easy: Simply include the author and year of publication. The URL goes in the corresponding reference list entry (and yes, you can leave the links live).

The complete information for each source appears in the bibliography.

When formatting a hyperlink, writers need only enter a ScreenTip with the authors name, article title, and publication name, if applicable. If the link breaks, one needs only to enter the information from hovering over the link into a search engine, and voil, the article will appear.
