were going to be demonstrating graph preparation for all inside ACL reconstruction using a quadrupled semitendinosus tendon to make the graph link as you can see the graph measures 27 centimeters in length and this can be quadrupled and with a 27 centimeter graft this gives between 65 and 70 millimeters in length for the graph link the ACL tightropes are loaded onto the graph preparation station such that all graph preparation can be carried out without an assistant first we take a small hemostat and bring the end of the semitendinosus graft through the first ACL tightrope and then through the second this thing creates a short length and a long length as can be seen the longer end is then brought back through both ACL tight ropes to create a quadruple graft with two free ends to free ends are then sutured together with a mattress suture using zero fiber wire in isolation the pullout strength of this knot is not great but once its been incorporated into the graph link weve tested th

The SCO link is a symmetric, point-to-point link between the master device and a specific slave device. The SCO link reserves slots between the master and the slave and can therefore be considered to provide a circuit switched connection.
The Bluetooth baseband technology supports two link types: a synchronous connection oriented (SCO) type (used primarily for voice) and an asynchronous connectionless (ACL) type (used primarily for packet data).
SCO (Synchronous Connection Oriented) eSCO (Extended Synchronous Connection Oriented)
ACL is an informal acronym which refers to the Bluetooth Asynchronous Connection-oriented Logical transport. ACL is used as a shorthand to refer to one of two types of logical transport defined in the Bluetooth Core Specification, either BR/EDR ACL or LE ACL.
ACL (Asynchronous Connectionless Link) is a control data link, and SCO (Synchronous Connection Oriented Link) is a voice data link.
SCO is a symmetric, point-to-point link between the master device and the slave device connected via Bluetooth. ACL is a point to multipoint link for transmitting general data packets using Bluetooth connection. ACL is used for irregular traffic between a master device and one or more slave devices.
To Configure ACLs Create a MAC ACL by specifying a name. Create an IP ACL by specifying a number. Add new rules to the ACL. Configure the match criteria for the rules. Apply the ACL to one or more interfaces.
ACL is a packet oriented link, i.e. the link establishes a packet switched network. ACL is used for transmission of data traffic which are delivered at irregular intervals, where maintaining data integrity is more important than the time latency. Both symmetric and asymmetric traffic are supported.
