Receipt capture works by creating expense records based on the information included in the uploaded photos. You can take a photo of a receipt, for instance, and then upload it to your QuickBooks account. QuickBooks will then create an expense record for it.
To attach receipts on an invoice, sales receipt, bill, etc.: Click on the Plus icon. Select a transaction. Enter the information. Click Attachments. Browse the file and click on Open. Click on Save and close.
Invoices - adding pictures to items Click the + New icon. Then select Estimate. Press the Attachment section. Choose the image you want to add in the transaction. Tap Open. Make sure to select the Attach to email box to include the image when you send the invoice.
