hi everyone i just wanted to show you a little trick of how you can make an image clickable in classic email templates in salesforce before that i already assume you have uploaded the image into salesforce into the documents object so we go straight away to our setup then we will have a look at the classic email templates okay lets create a new one so we create a new template we use the html using classic letterhead its available for use then we call it test123 we use the classic letterhead and we use the freeform letter email layout okay then we choose next now we get into the design phase test123 okay the trick here to make the image clickable is first to add your text so its called link to google for example then make the text highlighted and hyperlink it we will link it to google.com right now text is still linked and selected and then we will have a look at our image image is already here i uploaded beforehand this one now you can see the text is gone because it was replaced b
