Letters should be 1 to 2 pages long, written on letterhead, and signed by the recommender. They should be submitted directly to LSAC.

Once sent, applications can take up to 48 hours to be processed and transmitted to the law schools, depending on server load and other variables.
It takes approximately two weeks to process a transcript and up to five business days to process a paper letter of recommendation from the time we receive it. Electronic letters of recommendation are usually available as soon as we receive them.
Your letters of recommendations will be submitted directly by your recommender to your LSAC account. Once you fill in your recommenders information, an email will be triggered to your recommender asking them to set up an account with LSAC and upload their recommendation directly themselves.
