[Music] its Matt welcome to collaboration coach and in this video were going to show you how to invite anybody from outside of your organization to your teams meeting from teams I go to the calendar app on the left and then I choose new meeting I give the meeting a title and then Im asked to add the required attendees this is where I can type in the email addresses of the people outside my organization in this example my attendee email address is collab coach at gmail.com when Ive typed that in I will see an option to invite collab coach at gmail.com when I choose that the user will become a required attendee for that meeting note here that this can be any email address Gmail Yahoo Hotmail it doesnt matter then I can schedule the time of the meeting and then I can add a channel doing this will add a post to the channel to advertise the meeting and it will also add a meeting to the calendar of everyone in that team this doesnt affect the people who were invited who are outside o
