For a folder: Click the More button next to the folder in the sidebar, then choose Share Folder.
Share a page or notebook Select the page you want to share. Select Share. In the first drop-down, choose if you want to share This notebook [name of notebook] or This page [name of page]. Enter the email address for who you want to share with. In the second drop-down, choose if recipients Can edit or Can view.
Add the link Select the text or object you want to use as a hyperlink. Right-click and then click Hyperlink . Under Link to, click Place in This Document. In the list, select the heading or bookmark that you want to link to.
