Use links Open a doc, sheet, or slide. Click where you want the link, or highlight the text that you want to link. Click Insert Link. Under Text, enter the text you want to be linked. Under Link, enter a URL or email address, or search for a website. Click Apply.
Create a hyperlink to a location on the web On ribbon, on the Insert tab, select Link. You can also right-click the text or picture and click Link on the shortcut menu. In the Insert Hyperlink box, type or paste your link in the Address box.
