so we have a nominee agreement that makes me an authorized signer on behalf of a company but its signed by an individual as member but the problem is the company the member of the company is the holding company the individual is the manager so we need we need to get the the nominee agreement re-signed by the same person as manager not as member because theyre not a member of this llc their holding company is so he signs as manager but then we need to change follow the chain of authority up to see that he actually is a manager so we see the operating agreement thats good if it needs signatures we need to make sure the operating agreement has signatures but the signature of the operating agreement needs to be signed by the member and the member is the holding company so the signature is holding company llc as member by so and so thats the signature line for the operating agreement of the child company holding company signs as member down here signed by holding company llc as member
