Linking Agreement means any form (regardless of the forms title) that may be required by Bank to add Accounts of any Linked Company to any Customer Profile and to enable such Linked Accounts to be accessed online through the KBO Service, with the effect that any User of any one Company may view, access, and control
The general rule of thumb (and expectation for most website users) is that clicking a link to another page on your website will mean that the new page opens in the same window. For outbound links, where you link to a page thats not on your website, youll want to format your link differently.
Linking. Most often, a website will connect to another in the form of a link (also known as a hypertext link), a specially coded word or image that when clicked upon, will take a user to another Web page.
It is not a violation of copyright law to create a hyperlink but it is a violation of the law to create a link that contributes to unauthorized copying of a copyrighted work if the linking party knew or had reason to know of the unauthorized copying and encouraged it.
Its a common practice for referencing source material and backlinking purposes. Deep linking is generally not considered a copyright violation. By taking them directly to the external source site, users are unlikely to perceive the content as belonging to your site. This minimizes the risk of copyright violations.
Most external links are lawful. Generally, permission is not needed for a regular hypertext link to the home page of another website. There is substantial case authority that provides that traditional hyperlinking is not direct copyright infringement because there is no copying or display involved.
Posting another persons original material on a website without their permission entails copying, display, publication and/or performance of such work which could constitute an infringement of the owners copyright.
A link can take the user to another page within the same site (an internal link), or another site altogether (an external link). You do not need permission for a regular word link to another websites home page.
