hey guys welcome to your fourth xhtml tutorial um today im gonna be showing you this might be a little bit of a shorter video about how to link um your website to other peoples website so lets go ahead and try that now it takes a special tag um to do this to link your text so when the user clicks on it it takes you to either your a different part of your website or an external website actually well do both in this video so to link it to an external website um first you need some text so lets say click here to go to google and save uh-oh oh shoot i just gotta open it all right so as you can see im clicking can you hear my mouse in the background im clicking and its not bringing me to google thats because we didnt tell xhtml to bring us to google so what were going to do is were going to use a special tag the tag is a its just a okay and at the back its slash a save it and lets see now this still didnt work because we didnt tell xhtml what site we wanted to go to just w
