hello and welcome to two minute design I'm Dage and today we're going to learn about linked Smart Objects so guys I'm in trouble here I've been working for days on this project called harmony it's basically a small film and I'm creating its posters flyers marks CDs shirt problem is after I finished everything my client decides he wants to make a tiny little change to the logo which is on every little single file that I've been working on typical anyway it's actually not that much of a problem since I had anticipated it smart huh this is the old logo that's been used everywhere but if you look closely here you would notice that it's not a regular layer it's not even a regular smart object it's called a linked smart object so how do I create it and what the heck is it for first I have the logo and a separate PSD file so all I have to do is to click file place linked if you don't see this option then you might need to update your version of Photoshop I will then find my logo and open it...
