to insert an image that's hosted on the web into any Google document slideshow or file basically is to right click on the image that will bring up a contextual menu and you can copy the image address now I'm using Chrome on a Mac it might look a little different for you but I'm just going to copy the image address then I'm going to go to my google document click where I want to add it and choose insert image I'm going to click on by URL if it's not already selected and paste the URL i just copied the image will appear and you can select to add it into your document make sure you have permission to use the image if i click on the image i can resize it and i can also select the wrapping where i want it to go
