This video tutorial explains how to create a figure with a title and an image in Oxygen XML Editor version 17 on a PC. In the author view with full tags displayed, we add a fig element for the figure, followed by a title element with the text "Ducklings walking." Using the image wizard, we add an image to the figure, either from a local file or from the web. The image is automatically displayed in the author view. In the text view, we see the code with the figure element, title, and image elements.
