hello my name is Josiah ray Im going to show you how to restore the blue hyperlink look to your hyperlinks inside Microsoft Word so the first thing Im going to do is paste a hyperlink into word Im going to open up my browser and were at Google here so Ill click in the address bar to select all that text right click on it and copy well come back to word and were going to right-click and paste now this kind of looks like the link I mean we can see the link in here but this is definitely not the typical view for hyperlinks um this is kind of a code field view that can be activated sometimes to deactivate and get back to the regular view hold down the alt on your keyboard there should be one toward the lower left to the right of control and were going to press and release f9 at the top of your keyboard and that will toggle the view back to the way that it should be and youll see that the hyperlink is still is indeed in blue with that underlying and if you do the ctrl click on it
