Choose Options from the Tools menu. Word displays the Options dialog box. Click the Save tab and put a check next to Embed TrueType Fonts. If you will be using a small number of characters or symbols in a particular font, choose the Embed Characters In Use Only check box as well. Click on OK.
To resolve this issue: Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Fonts. On the File menu, click Fonts to place a check mark.
On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Save tab. Select the Embed TrueType fonts check box.
Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box.

Font embedding is the inclusion of font files inside an electronic document. Keep in mind the following: You may not have the printing rights for a font. Some fonts are screen fonts meaning they cannot be used for print and you will not be able to embed them in your PDF.
Heres how to embed fonts in PDF Word settings: Open your document in Microsoft Word. Go to File ➙ Save As. Set PDF in the format dropdown. Click Options Check the PDF/A compliant box. Click OK and Save.
Find the appropriate font family and double-click it. Then right-click the specific font youre interested in and select Properties in the pop-up menu. In the Properties panel, select Details and have a look at the value of the Font embeddability property. The value should be Installable or Editable.
Right-click the fonts you want, and click . If youre prompted to allow the program to make changes to your computer, and if you trust the source of the font, click Yes. Your new fonts will appear in the fonts list in Word.
Downloading, extracting and installing a custom font on your Android Device Extract the font to Android SDcard iFont Custom. Click Extract to complete the extraction. The font will now be located in My Fonts as a custom font. Open it to preview the font and to it on your device.
