Select the text or picture that you want to display as a hyperlink. Press Ctrl+K. You can also right-click the text or picture and click Link on the shortcut menu.
Go to Settings Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account. Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account. Tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup.

You can enable auto-sync from the settings menu of your email app.
Syncing emails on iOS Open up the main Settings app for iOS, then choose Mail. Tap Accounts, then Add Account to see a list of options including Microsoft Outlook and Google. If you dont see the one you want, tap on the Other button. Follow the steps shown on screen to set up another email account on iOS.
