hi im nick from box for marketing with your one minute marketing tip and todays tip is about not using the mail to link in html email newsletters so the best thing you can do is link to a contact form which allows you to have a trackable link and a link that is actually going to work and function for the majority of your subscribers so when youre using the mail to link instead subscribers who are using outlook or the gmail app for ios they encounter problems with outlook at best the link is is nothing happens when people click on it awesome and at worse those users get a security alert and for the gmail app users if youve added things like the body or subject tags to that mail to link then they dont generate which is kind of useless so sending people at least to a form allows you to track that the link was clicked and to be able to provide the information that you want to see as a subject line or prompting text in a body description im nick from box kind of marketing and thats
