So, launch Google Sheets. Click on Insert Drawing from within Google Sheets. The blank canvas of Drawings gives you multiple tools to make your illustration. You can also upload an image, take a snapshot, or add it from a URL.
In your document, click on the text or image youd like to hyperlink. While youre on the selected text, click the Insert link icon in the toolbar at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Insert menu at the top and then click on Link. Paste the link in the box that appears and press Apply.
Press and hold CTRL while you select the shapes, pictures, or objects that you want to group. , and then click Group. If you do not see the Drawing Tools or Picture Tools tabs, make sure that you selected a shape, picture, or other object. You might have to double-click the object to open the Format tab.
On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click the cell where you want to add an image. Image. Select to place your image in the cell or over the the cells.

Right-click one of the images and pick Group from the menu. On the top right, click Save and Close to place the group of images into your document. Youll see the images as a single group that you can then edit like any other image in your document.
On the web Select the file you want to share. Click Share or Share . Enter the email address or Google group you want to share with. To decide what role people will have on your file, select Viewer, Commenter, or Editor. If your account is eligible, you can add an expiration date for access. Choose to notify people.
Organizing your files. Once you start adding files to Google Drive, you can use folders to help organize and group them. Folders in Google Drive work just like the folders on your computer.
