Hello again. In this session we will be covering about the Cross Connect online ordering flow functional flow in ECP. To access the Cross Connect orders in the profile user needs to navigate through the Order and History menu in the top. Here user can see the Cross Connect if he or she has the profile permission which can be again provided by the master admin. So once we click on this, we will be landing on this particular page where we can see the Cross Connect different types of order that will be placed. The permission is given in one level. It doesnt have to be in individual cross connect category type of permission. Once user has the permission for the Cross Connect, he or she can view all these options in the menu--all these cards.
