The video tutorial demonstrates graph preparation for inside ACL reconstruction using a quadrupled semitendinosus tendon measuring 27 centimeters in length. By quadrupling the graft, it results in a length of between 65 and 70 millimeters for the graph link. The ACL tightropes are loaded onto the graph preparation station to enable independent handlings. Initially, a hemostat is used to bring the semitendinosus graft through the ACL tightropes, creating short and long lengths. The longer end is then brought back through both ACL tightropes to form a quadruple graft with two free ends, which are sutured together using zero fiber wire with a mattress suture. The pullout strength of the knot alone may not be strong, but once incorporated into the graph link, it has been tested to be effective.
