[Music] whenever i arrived at the university 14 years ago they were doing everything by paper it was basically scanned in on all three campuses uh on the residential campuses that was a challenge but it wasnt undoable whenever i went to our worldwide campus which has approximately thirty five thousand head count students there was a room full of paper and i saw me i said wow we need to do something here to alleviate this and of course the administration was 100 behind me they said yeah we need to go online with this process prior to evaluation kit we were doing pdf files that were sent to us we couldnt manipulate it in any way [Music] we implemented evaluation kit in the spring of 2019 and our implementation during our pilot was seamless it was very easy to create our specific course survey in the system we were able to share that survey out to all of our students and the students were able to go in seamlessly and create their responses our response rates increased docHubly from
