And today, Matt, wed like to talk about the importance of torquing electrical connections. Or if you tighten it down too much you may actually distort the conductor. So Matts going to show us how to do a torque a torque rate. If the buyer is unable to make a payment on the purchase, the bank will be required to cover the full or remaining amount of the purchase.
