Now Im going to show you why in a second but basically what it comes down to is that I have the employee names. Each employee has a unique ID. I have the title and the manager ID. This is the person the employee reports to. So, this one that doesnt have a manager ID, it means that theyre boss boss. Boss of the whole department here. And then I have the type of employee
