If you can't find your EBT card, call the Pennsylvania EBT hotline as soon as you can: 1-888-328-7366.
Call the P-EBT hotline using the phone number on the back of the card. You will be asked to enter the full number on the front of the card. Locate and enter the number. You will then be asked if you are calling to activate a P-EBT card or a regular EBT card.
The Primary Account Number (PAN) is the 19-digit number printed on the front of the EBT ACCESS card. It is also encoded on the magnetic strip on the back of the card. The first 6 digits (600760) are the bank identification number (BIN) that identifies the card as Pennsylvania EBT.
