whats going on people its Greg with a quick excel tip for anyone trying to use a line break or add multiple lines and the body of an email when theyre sending it from a cell using the mail to function so lets get right into it so Ive got a formula right here that allows you to send an email directly from a cell and you see its hyperlink Mel 2 then it references d2 so if thats the mail to address your ccs gonna be this cell here subjects this cell the body is a combination of the persons name the word hi and then this cell here so you can pause the video if you want to copy this formula into your own sheet and then for the actual hyperlink you can change the name so my hyperlink says send email to and then uses whichever persons name is next to it so we could just drag this down and the name will change for each person and what this will do was send an email to each individual person and based on their first name and then whatever we have for the subject is si si in the body

Word automatically creates a hyperlink when you type the address of an existing Web page, such as .microsoft.com, into a document. Open the document in which you want to use an absolute hyperlink. On the File menu, click Properties. Click the Summary tab. In the Hyperlink Base box, type x, and then click OK.
