Today we will learn how to wire a safety relay with dual channel emergency. To power on the safety relay, apply 24V DC at A1 and A2 terminals. Connect both sets of normally closed contacts of the emergency stop across S11, S12, and S2122 terminals. The relay monitors the normal closed contacts of the emergency start push button in both channels. Connect a push button for manual reset at S33 and S34 terminals. Connect a master control relay or contactor using the normal open contact of terminals 13 and 14. Applying 24V power turns on the power LED, and pressing the reset push button activates the safety relay and the master control contactor.
