Once their Skills, Volunteering and Physical sections have been approved on eDofE, participants dont need to take any further action they will be emailed their personalised Certificate using the email address registered to their eDofE account.
A Bronze DofE programme has four sections: Volunteering, Physical, Skills and Expedition. You must do a minimum of three months activity for each of the Volunteering, Physical and Skills sections, and plan, train for and do a two-day, one-night Expedition.
Once you enrol, your DofE Leader will set up an account for you in eDofE and youll then be sent an email with your signing in details. Then youre ready to activate your account and start choosing your activities and setting objectives.
I have lost my badge/certificate, could I have a replacement? For Bronze and Silver, please contact your organisation in the first instance for replacements. For Gold, please provide noa@dofe.org with your full name as it was when you undertook the award, your DOB and eDofE number.
When you achieve your Bronze or Silver Award you will be given a DofE badge and certificate by your Licensed Organisation (LO)/centre.
A DofE Award also looks good on your CV and can be useful when applying for educational courses and jobs.
Your Gold Award badge or brooch will be posted to you in the month after you achieve your Award and will be sent to the address registered on the Gold Award Presentation page of your eDofE account. If you dont receive your badge/brooch, please email us (GAP@DofE.org).
