hey guys hows it going Clayton with us here and welcome to a video talking mainly about bearings so as every gearhead and garage mechanic knows needle bearings are the worst kind of bearings in existence they suck to put in it suck to take out and if you drop them the needles go everywhere and you always lose one so today were going to try and make your experience with at least the suspension bearings of a dirt bike a little bit easier and hopefully a little bit less painful for you guys so lets get right into it so this is the first suspension pieces were going to be working on we dont really have a you dont really have a technical name for it here in the garage but we call the other piece the dog bone so they call this the wishbone so were just going to take out all of the pieces here that hold it in place a little bit rusty alright so the next thing were going to do is take out all these sleeves and seals so we can just have the bearings there in place then we can just push
