In previous videos, we created a Category and set up a classification in OpenText Extended ECM. Now we will define who gets access to the business workspaces, which is done in the template. You can define individual users, but in most cases you will add team roles or groups. To begin, open the function menu and select Team Roles and Permissions. You can create Roles. Roles are specific to business workspaces of this type. In this example, we will focus on groups. For this, switch to the Group and User access area and grant access there. Click Categories.
