hello everyone in this video we will see how can we display links or url in catalogs there might be a situation where you want to display a text to the end user which has the url or a link with it so when i was going through the community links or the youtube i didnt find any solution for that and when i read some documentation on servicenow i found a solution lets quickly jump to service now and see how can we do that first of all i have created a catalog item if you are not sure about service catalogs in service now please click on the top right playlist and then if i scroll down at the bottom you will see i have already created three types of variables one is the single line text the other one is url and the third one is label if i try it quickly you would be able to see this is a single line text this is not what we want because this is an input thing so the user would be able to enter their own input but we want to show a label then this is the url type where the user will enter
