Option 1: In your Settings app Open your phones Settings app. Tap Notifications. App settings. Under Most recent, find apps that recently sent you notifications. To find more apps, in the dropdown menu, tap All apps. Tap the app. Turn the apps notifications on or off.
To see and hear these notifications again, swipe left on the notification in Notification Center, tap Options, then tap Unmute.
Open your phones Settings app. Tap Digital Wellbeing parental controls. Tap the chart. Next to the app you want to limit, tap Set timer .
