alright this is our paper table project by Emily and Jordan we started off by rolling tubes and newspaper to create the material for our supports we did this for a while and we put two pieces of newspaper together to make longer supports and we made a couple quite a few then we measured the supports and divided them into three sections so we could fold them to create our two main supports we folded them in a rectangle missing a bottom just because we didnt have enough support material anyways we then tape them together to create a stable surface for the book to rest on next we added a support under the center of the two main supports to give the weight of the book something to rest on in the center in the center repeated it for the oh and then we put wrapped two sub tubes around the base so the support legs wouldnt fly out from under the book when we put weight on it then we added another support for the center in a triangle form this also helped provide lateral stability then final

Tables should be: Centered on the page. Numbered in the order they appear in the text. Referenced in the order they appear in the text. Labeled with the table number and descriptive title above the table. Labeled with column and/or row labels that describe the data, including units of measurement.
Avoidance of repetition: Tables and figures add clarity to the research. They complement the research text and draw attention to key points. They can be used to highlight the main points of the paper, but values should not be repeated as it defeats the very purpose of these elements.
Keep the following in mind when including a table in your paper: Place the table number above the table, in bold text and flush with the left margin. Place the title of the table (in title case and italics), double-spaced, under the table number, flush left. Double-space before and after the table.
Tape two full reams of computer paper together by wrapping tape around them until they do not move. This will form the seat of your chair. Place larger, full newspapers under the two reams of paper you have taped together and attach them to these paper reams, so a bottom is formed on the seat of the chair.

You should try to avoid expressions that are too informal, unsophisticated, vague, exaggerated, or subjective, as well as those that are generally unnecessary or incorrect. Bear in mind, however, that these guidelines do not apply to text you are directly quoting from your sources (including interviews).
Tables are used to organize data that is too detailed or complicated to be described adequately in the text, allowing the reader to quickly see the results. They can be used to highlight trends or patterns in the data and to make a manuscript more readable by removing numeric data from the text.
Use Table Styles to format an entire table Click in the table that you want to format. Under Table Tools, click the Design tab. In the Table Styles group, rest the pointer over each table style until you find a style that you want to use. Click the style to apply it to the table.
Tables are meant to visually display and organize information using columns and rows. Each table should be numbered consecutively, placed close to its first mention in the text, and have a descriptive caption.
Roll the paper tubes TIP: To roll a tight tube, start at one corner and pinch the paper as you roll diagonally toward the other corner. TIP: The tighter the tubes are rolled, the stronger they will be. If your tubes are not tightly rolled, your table legs wont be strong enough to hold the weight of the book.
