To compress large TIFF files in docHub Photoshop without losing quality, follow these steps: Open the TIFF file in Photoshop, go to Image and select Image Size, then change the resolution to 300 pixels/inch or lower. Next, select File and Save As to save the compressed file.
In general Normal PDF files will offer the best quality for printing and viewing, as the bitmaps stored in TIFFs or image PDFs by their nature have a limited resolution. However, for most practical purposes the image quality of TIFFs at a suitable resolution will be sufficient.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file, then choose File Export. Click the Format pop-up menu, then choose a file type. If you dont see the file type you want, press and hold the Option key and click the Format pop-up menu to see specialized or older formats.
In order to view your TIFF in docHub Reader, you will have to convert it to PDF first, either by exporting PDF from a picture processing software, or using a conversion service. Otherwise, if you really have Acrobat, you could use menu File -- Create -- Create PDF from File, and select your TIFF.
