Hey everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you my favorite free PDF editor, LibreOffice Draw. With LibreOffice Draw, you can edit both traditional PDFs and also scanned PDFs. It also has lots of other capabilities as well, and Ill show you what some of those are today, and once again, best of all, its entirely free.
