Next, click the Page Setup button and ensure that the Landscape orientation is selected and set to fit to one page. Adjust the margins by selecting to center on page horizontally. Then, click OK and go to File > Save As. Save the file under Documents, select PDF as the file format, and click Save. (1) In the worksheet name section, please check the worksheets that you will save as separate PDF files; (2) Check the Specify save format option; (3) Click the drop down list under Specify save format option, and select PDF (*. pdf) from it.
Open your spreadsheet and select the Page Layout tab in the top menu. Select the small arrow in the lower-right corner of the Page Setup section. In the Page Setup window, set the page orientation. Under Scaling, select the Fit To option and set the scaling to one page wide and tall.
This happens because one (or multiple) sheets in your workbook have a different dpi setting for printing. Go to Page Setup Print Quality enter the DPI value that you want to have for your document, say 300. (Note that this is the DPI value you will have to set for each individual sheet too). Press OK.
Adjusting the margins can help ensure that data is not cut off when exporting to PDF. Use Fit to Page Option: When exporting the Excel file to PDF, choose the Fit to Page option to ensure that the entire document fits within the printable area. This option can be found in the PDF Export window under the Page tab.
