id like to show you how to redirect a website so it goes someplace else so for instance ive got my techpublishing.com domain and what id like to do is id like to have that redirect to my youtube page so i hit enter and well see look at that its getting redirected to my youtube page you end up needing to redirect sites to other places so the way to do that is we have to have http redirect in our list in internet information services so if you dont see that that means it hasnt been installed so what ive got to do is i have to go into server manager and click add roles and features and in add roles and features im going to go to server roles im going to expand the web server role which ive already installed now if you havent installed this check out the installation video here in this playlist so now im going to expand until i get to common http features ill expand that and ill check the box for http redirection now click next and just go ahead if you get prompted
