hey everyone shashank this side i hope everybody is doing well and safe at home as you can see on my screen today well be going to cover up an important topic where i will show you how you can share your aws ami across different region within aws and across different accounts now the question is why this is required so obviously for example lets say im operating from different region right within ews one single aws account and i want to use my custom ami with set of softwares updated with the patches drivers and everything so instead of creating image again and again within different region i would like to use one golden image shared across region and use that image to provision my production environments right so thats where this topic is quite important on the other hand in terms of sharing this to our different ews accounts so for example we are dealing with development staging production just to make a replica in the lower side of the house right lower side of the envi

If you need to manually join an EC2 instance to your domain, you must launch the instance in the proper Region and security group or subnet, then join the instance to the domain. To be able to connect remotely to these instances, you must have IP connectivity to the instances from the network you are connecting from.

To open Synchronization Service Manager, go to Start menu and type Synchronization Service. It should appear under the Azure AD Connect. In the Synchronization Service Manager console, under Operations tab, you can monitor the synchronization progress.
Join the instance to the directory with the following command. sudo realm join -v -U join_account example.com --=/ The sAMAccountName for an account in the example.com domain that has domain join privileges. Enter the password for the account when prompted.

Open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/ . In the navigation pane, choose Instances. Select the instance and choose Connect. For Connection method, choose Session Manager. Choose Connect. Tip.
Within the Azure Active Directory overview menu, choose Enterprise Applications > All applications. Select New application to add an application. In the Add from the gallery section, type AWS Single-Account Access in the search box. Select AWS Single-Account Access from results panel and then add the app.
