all right hello Im going to do a quick and easy walk through and as you can see Ive pulled up my Google Chrome browser and the first thing Im going to do is click the waffle over here in the corner and you can scroll down through your google tools and find more and then click Docs this is a super easy way to pull up Google Docs and its gonna give you options to choose between any of these templates or to create a new blank um document or you have the option to access some recently accessed documents so Im gonna start a new blank document [Music] alright and now that youre able to begin typing you can edit your font set it to be whatever kind of bold or font or size or centered or bulleted whatever it is that youre working on you can do all that here just like in a regular word program but the first thing Im gonna do is title my document so you just click where it says untitled document and Im going to name this sample document wine and that is how Ill be able to find it eas

Turn on Track Changes On the Review tab, select Track Changes. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select one of the following: To track only the changes that you make to the document, select Just Mine. To track changes to the document made by all users, select For Everyone.
Can You Track Changes in Google Docs? Yes. Fortunately, Google Docs includes a Track Changes feature to ensure easier collaboration and less delete-regret. Its named Suggesting mode, and you can access it by going to the navigation menu and tapping View Mode Suggesting (Edits become suggestions).
On a laptop or a desktop computer: Open your Google Doc in Google Chrome | choose Tools | select Word Count. Alternatively, press Ctrl+Shift+C or, on an Apple keyboard, Command+Shift+C. On an Android device: Open your Google Doc in the app | tap the vertical three dot menu (in the upper right corner) | tap Word Count.
Accept or reject all suggestions On your computer, open a document at docs.google.com. Click Tools. Review suggested edits. A box will appear in the top right. To preview what your document will look like with or without the changes, click the Down arrow. and choose an option. Click Accept all or Reject all.
Use links Open a doc, sheet, or slide. Click where you want the link, or highlight the text that you want to link. Click Insert Link. Under Text, enter the text you want to be linked. Under Link, enter a URL or email address, or search for a website. Click Apply.
In the top-right corner of the window, below the Share button, youll see a Pen icon. Click it to display a drop-down menu. Youre now in Suggesting mode. Now, each edit you make will be tracked.
Bottom line: Viewing publicly shared Google Docs does not reveal your identity. If you accidentally open a Google Doc, the owner wont be able to gather information about your account. Neither will they gain access to information about your device, IP address or geographical location.

Track changes in Google Docs is a function that allows you to access edits in a Google Doc file by different date and time-stamp versions. This is how you can track changes in Google Sheets through notifications. Open the Google Sheet and go to Tools Notification rules. In the Set notification rules, select Any changes are made to enjoy the same functionality as the Track Changes feature offers in other tools.
