ACORN is our Student Information System. Its online and you should log in and familiarize yourself with it right away. Youll need ACORN to enroll in your courses, and youll use it to track your academic history throughout your time at U of T. To log into ACORN, use the same JOINid login and password that youve been using to access the Join U of T portal. You can find more information at the site.

Open the Email* app on your device. If you haven't previously configured another email account, proceed to next step. If you have already configured another email account, go to Settings and and select Add Account....Enter the incoming server settings: Your UTSCid. Your UTSCid password. mailhost.utsc.utoronto.ca. 993. SSL/TLS.
Students can access their email inbox by logging into https://mail.utoronto.ca with their UTORid and associated password.
If you know your e-mail address and password, you can use them to log into the "Get Information" section of the UTORid Management page. Your UTORid will be the first piece of information displayed. Alternatively, if you have a TCard, your UTORid can be found on the left side of your TCard, just above the barcode.
UTORid will use the same name as your JOINid—which you received when you submitted an application to U of T—but gives you access to more than the JOINid can. Your UTORid and password provide access to online services including: UTmail+, your official U of T student email address.
The first step on your U of T journey is to accept your offer. Simply follow the instructions on the Join U of T portal. All the information you need is right there.

Q. What is a JOINid? A. The JOINid is an identifier that U of T applicants can use to log into certain websites, including: join.utoronto.ca : the online community and application tracking system for undergraduate applicants.
Q: 1. What happens to my U of T email account? A: You may have finished your education here, but you can still share your pride in being affiliated with the University of Toronto with an alumni email account. After you graduate, your student email address will change to your.name@alum.utoronto.ca.
Your OUAC Reference Number can be found in the email confirmation sent to you by OUAC.
To view the status of your application, including outstanding requirements, please log in to the SGS online application systemyour account to view your applicant status portal. Between November and January, the application system will be updated at the end of each month.
