welcome to lets talk Messings tutorial Tuesday where we show you how to use a feature in just a couple of minutes in this video were going to show you how to join connectors but before I show you how to join connectors Im actually going to show you three examples where connectors cant be joined so you can identify those in the future if youre having trouble joining two connectors and then Ill follow up with a fourth example of where connectors can be joined so the first example is a t-junction at this node there are three connectors basically sharing that node so if I were to take these two bottom connectors and go to edit join the hotkey for which is controlled J itll tell me the message window that none of the two connectors could be joined and thats because theres this third connector emanating from that note its a t-junction and doing so would actually destroy the topology of this grid the second example is a little bit more obvious why these two connectors cant be joi

Pointcut expressions can be combined using , || and ! . It is also possible to refer to pointcut expressions by name.
Join Point: A join point is a specific point in the application such as method execution, exception handling, changing object variable values, etc. In Spring AOP a join point is always the execution of a method. Advice: Advices are actions taken for a particular join point.
A join point is an individual place where you can execute code with AOP. E.g. when a method throws an exception. A pointcut is a collection of join points. E.g. when a method in class Foo throws an exception.
In Spring AOP, a join point always represents a method execution. A pointcut is a predicate that matches the join points, and the pointcut expression language is a way of describing pointcuts programmatically.
After Returning Advice is executed after a join point method is executed successfully. It is denoted by @AfterReturning annotation. If any exception is raised from the method, then after returning advice will not be executed.
Pointcut: Pointcut is expressions that are matched with join points to determine whether advice needs to be executed or not. Pointcut uses different kinds of expressions that are matched with the join points and Spring framework uses the AspectJ pointcut expression language.
Join Point: A join point is a specific point in the application such as method execution, exception handling, changing object variable values, etc. In Spring AOP a join point is always the execution of a method.
The pointcut language is a tool that allows joinpoint matching. A pointcut expression determines in which joinpoint executions of the base system an advice should be invoked. In this Chapter, we will explore the syntax of pointcut expressions.
After (finally) Advice: An advice that gets executed after the join point method finishes executing, whether normally or by throwing an exception. We can create after advice using @After annotation. After Returning Advice: Sometimes we want advice methods to execute only if the join point method executes normally.
Explanation: Union means the methods that either pointcut matches. Intersection means the methods that both pointcuts match. Union is usually more useful. Explanation: Using the static methods in the org.
