In the Account Name field, enter the payee name. In the Payee Name field, enter the payees names as maintained against the payees account. In the Nickname field, enter a nick name a nickname to be assigned to the specific account of the payee. Click Add to add a payee.
To Add a Payee in the Mobile App: Tap Move Money in the Navigation Bar. Tap the Action Button in the Navigation Bar. Tap Add a Payee. Search for a company alphabetically or by category. Select a Payee. Follow the on-screen instructions.
To add a bill payee: From the apps Home screen, tap Move money. Tap Pay bills. Tap Manage bills. Tap Manage payees. Tap Add new payee and enter the payee name and your account number. Tap Add payee.

To add a biller/payee, sign in to BMO Online Banking and: Select the Move money tab in the navigation menu at the top. Click Add a Payee in the left hand navigation menu. Select the Payee Province. Enter the Payee Name in the text box and select the correct payee/company name from the search results.
You can edit a payee nickname by selecting Manage Payee List from the Payments Transfers tab.
In mobile app: Open the mobile app and select the More tab. Scroll down to the Add something new section and select Open a bank account. From there, youll start the process to open a new account. If you dont want to open an account online, you can also visit a local branch.
