TEXTJOIN works only in Excel 2019 and Office 365 versions of Excel.

Notes. As an alternative to the TEXTJOIN function, you can use &, the concatenation operator. To combine the contents of cells without a delimiter, you can also use CONCAT.
If your Excel TEXTJOIN function is not working but you need to use it urgently, in this case you can use the alternative option like CONCAT function. This function offers you the same functions as CONCATENATE.
Excel TEXTJOIN not working error occurs when TEXTJOIN is used in an older version of Excel where this function is not supported (pre-2019) or when the function's name is misspelled. #VALUE! error occurs if the resulting string exceeds 32,767 characters.
When creating a mail merge you have the ability to use an existing document/letter. In Word, open the existing file and press the 'Mailings' tab in the main menu. On the Mailings tab, choose the 'Start Mail Merge' button, a list of different types of documents will drop down (i.e. Letters, E-mail Messages, etc.).

TEXTJOIN lets you join values with a delimiter of your choice, and has an option to ignore empty values. CONCAT simply mashes all values together without options. What's nice about both of these functions is that they can handle cell ranges.
To do this, follow these steps: Click Edit individual letters. In the Merge to New Document dialog box, select the records that you want to merge. Click OK. ... Scroll to the information that you want to edit, and then make your changes. Print or save the document just as you would any regular document.
