In the navigation menu, click Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Under In-Meeting (Basic), verify that Allow removed participants to rejoin is enabled. Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.
Problem: Cant join or start a meeting If youre having problems joining an existing Google Meet video meeting or creating a new meeting, first make sure that you are signed in with a Google or Google Workspace account you can do so by visiting the Google website, then clicking the blue Sign In button.
Click the Join button after you have typed your name. Please choose how you would like to like to hear and to talk to the other participants in the Zoom meeting. If you want to use your computer for this, click on the tab labeled computer audio and then on the green Join audio by computer button.
Join a meeting or webinar Users can join Zoom meetings or webinars from their web browser and bypass downloading Zoom. Locate the meeting invite link from your email or calendar invitation. Click the join link to join the meeting. If a pop-up window prompts you to open or the Zoom desktop client, click Cancel.
Although there are several ways to join a Zoom meeting, the most common is to join from an email message or meeting invitation. 1. Click on the Zoom web link sent by the host. This is usually found either in your Outlook calendar or an email message.
Account Permissions It is possible that your Google account has not been given the necessary permissions to join the meeting. Again, this can be true for workplaces too. You will have to ask your administrator to make sure that your computer and Google ID is whitelisted before you may join Google Meet meetings.
