You can easily add a photo to another photo online using Fotor. First, click Overlay Images Now and upload the background picture. Then click on the Add image button to upload another picture to add or layer it on top of the background picture.

Now, when you want to quickly combine photos, heres how to merge two photos on iPhone using the Shortcut youve created: Open Shortcuts on your iPhone. Tap Combine Images. Select the photos from your library that you want to combine and tap Add.

This will open your File Explorer and you can find another one of the images youd like to merge and Press Open.
Simply visit the Acrobat online website and upload the files you want to merge. Reorder the files however you like and then click Merge files. After that, just download the merged PDF. This will combine all the JPGs-turned-PDFs into a single PDF you can easily share or view.
