To recombine split files, double-click the first file in the sequence from within the 7-Zip interface. You can then select the file within the split-set and click Extract. Within the resulting dialogue box: select the directory into which you want to extract the file.
Zipping Multiple Files (It will help if you move all the files you wish to zip to a single folder.) Hold down [Ctrl] on your keyboard Click on each file you wish to combine into a zipped file. Right-click and select Send To Choose Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
Select Part 1 and click Ctrl + A to select all files. Depending on your settings, you may see at the bottom of the window how many files are selected. Right-click on Part1, choose 7-zip and Extract to *\ in the right-click menus. The combine/merge/extract starts automatically.
Right click on each document one at a time Click on Copy then open New Folder create, right click on it and click on Paste. Do the same for all the documents. Once copied all the files into New folder delete the documents which are present outside the New Folder.
To zip (compress) a file or folder Locate the file or folder that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
To place multiple files into a zip folder, select all of the files while hitting the Ctrl button. Then, right-click on one of the files, move your cursor over the Send to option and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
Zipping Multiple Files (It will help if you move all the files you wish to zip to a single folder.) Hold down [Ctrl] on your keyboard Click on each file you wish to combine into a zipped file. Right-click and select Send To Choose Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
Creating a zip folder allows files to be organized and compressed to a smaller file size for distribution or saving space. Zip folder can have subfolders within this main folder.
