The five phases of behavioral assessment are: Screening, defining the problem, pinpointing the target behavior, monitoring the progress, and doing following up (Cooper, 2007).
One way to prepare for a multiple choice behavioral assessment is to review the job description by finding keywords that describe the characteristics asked for in the job. Another tip for the questionnaire is to read the question thoroughly and ask yourself what they are really asking.
Types of behavior assessments Some assessments take less than 10 minutes to complete, while more in-depth behavior tests may take longer. A behavioral assessment may include: Multiple-choice questions that let candidates choose what they consider to be the most appropriate answer.
