Here are some common examples of channels: Direct Sales: The business sells its products or services directly to customers through its own sales team or physical stores. For example, a luxury jewelry brand may operate high-end boutiques to sell its products directly to customers.
Key Partners are the relationships that you have with other business, governmental, or non-consumer entities that help your business model work. These can be the relationships that your company has with your suppliers, your manufacturers, business partners, etc.
Key partners are those persons or entities that collaborate with the company to carry out its activities. business model (+). They can be individuals or companies that provide resources, knowledge or strategic relationships to the company.
