hi friends this is another zoom on how to help your users stay more secure in your zoom meeting and how to make sure that everyone is using their conquered email to join your zoom so were going to zoom.us and signing in with our conquered email it brings us straight to the meeting tabs if you already have a recurring meeting you do not need to cancel that meeting and start a new one you can go to any of your meetings hover over it press edit scroll all the way down and you want to require authentication to join you dont just want your friends and your students to sign in to zoom you want to make sure theyre part of the conker carlill public school district so you see here concord ps.org conquercarl.org we press save and that should ensure that your students have to use their conquered email to join the meeting hopefully that keeps all our meetings more secure thanks happy zooming

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings. Enable authentication profiles at the account level. Click Add Configuration. Under Select an authentication method, select Sign in to external Single Sign-On (SSO).
Click Switch Account to Join to sign into Zoom with an email address authorized for joining this meeting, this means the meeting or webinar is configured to require authentication. To successfully join the meeting or webinar, participants must sign in to Zoom with an email address authorized to join the session.
If a participant tries to join the meeting or webinar and is not signed into Zoom, they are prompted to sign in to join. If a participant is signed in with the wrong specified email domain, they are prompted to switch accounts to join.
Authentication is the process of determining whether someone or something is, in fact, who or what it says it is. Authentication technology provides access control for systems by checking to see if a users credentials match the credentials in a database of authorized users or in a data authentication server.
Authentication profiles allow hosts to restrict meeting participants and webinar attendees to signed-in users only and even further restrict it to Zoom users whose email addresses match a certain domain.

Note: Participants joining meetings with registration must use the Zoom desktop client or mobile app. They will not be able to join using the web client. Choosing to not use authentication on your conference will allow anyone to join.
