in roughly 2015 I was employed by a popular retailer I was on a part-time contract uh 16 hours per week I wasnt under probation or anything and I was there for roughly a year at this point I thought I was at Uni an incident occurred outside of work and I was placed under paid leave whilst they investigated they then booked a meeting a few months later uh when it came to the time I was unable to attend uh because of the uni because of the uni exam that then got rescheduled I couldnt attend the second time because of uni and then I had a holiday but um overall there was a period of roughly four months uh where we were trying to reschedule um after three Miss like unable to attend the dates my manager wrote up a resignation letter for me without my consent on knowing um I was then told not to worry about the meeting and they did theyve already written up my resignation for me Ive written experience in a world of work at the time and I was just wondering if Ive got anywhere to stand
